Each customer will be considered to have read and agreed to our terms
and conditions once they open an account with KP Logistics Limited. We
also advise account holders to examine the terms and conditions on a
regular basis to stay informed of any potential updates. After completing
the registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A. mailing
address and a unique mailbox number, where products should always be
mailed.
If your shipping address is incomplete, you risk being charged for using an
erroneous address or having your goods sent to the wrong recipient. It is
the customer's responsibility to ensure that the merchant properly
packages their items for shipping to ensure safe delivery and prevent harm
to people, property, or the item.
Customers with multiple packages available for collection are required to collect the first set of available packages before any additional packages can be released or all must be collected at once.
As a result, KP Logistics disclaims liability for items harmed by outside
parties, such as internet retailers or customs officials in Jamaica. Only
products that were harmed or lost while under our control are subject to
liability. Invoices and other pertinent shipping documentation must be
submitted before package arrive in Jamaica.
Please be advised that all customers shipping with our company are
required to declare the contents of their shipment. If you disagree with this
policy, you are welcome to consider other shipping options.

- If KP Logistics successfully clears a package without an invoice, the customer is still required to submit the missing documentation.
- Packages will not be released until all required information has been been provided and verified.
- If a package is cleared without an invoice, storage fees will begin to apply after five (5) days if the required invoice has still not been submitted.
